Registration

• You can complete the registration form, either online, by clicking here, or off-line, by downloading the form in MS Word or PDF format and mailing it to the address indicated in the form.
• There must be a regular (not student) registration for each paper to appear in the proceedings.
• Note that there is an overlength page charge of $150 for each extra page.
• Upon receipt of your registration and completed copyright, you will be emailed the location to upload your paper within 2 days.
