Camera Ready Format

The final paper must be up to 10 pages long. Up to 4 extra pages will be allowed (for a maximum total length of 14 pages), at an overlength charge of $150 per page.

Note that final papers must be in either Postscript or MS Word format.

The camera ready format will be based on the IEEE transaction format with 10pt character size, single line spacing, and two column text. Authors can download Latex and MS WORD style files from here . For Latex users, the document class command should be: \documentclass[10pt, final, conference, letterpaper, twocolumn, twoside]{IEEEtran}.

More detailed instructions will be emailed to the authors when they are given the location where they can upload their papers (see below).

Note that the WiOpt 2006 conference and workshop proceedings will have IEEE publication status and will be listed in IEEE XPlore as well as in the IEEE digital library.

Final paper submission process

1. Complete the registration form, by visiting the registration page.

2. Fax a filled-out IEEE copyright form to +1 (972) 424 6109. The IEEE Copyright form can be obtained from here .

3. Upon receipt of your registration and copyright, you will be emailed the location to upload your paper.
