Submission Guidelines

The submission format for the papers is an extended abstract, up to eight pages long. Please use the IEEE transaction format, 11 pt character size, one column text, one-half line spacing, letter paper. (For LaTex users, please refer to IEEE LaTeX class. The documentclass command would be: \documentclass[11pt,draftcls,letterpaper,onecolumn,twoside]{IEEEtran})

This page budget should contain all figures, tables, references, etc.

The extended abstract should also include a brief abstract of up to 150 words.

The submission will be handled via EDAS ( http://edas.info ). Only PDF files are acceptable; please make sure that the paper prints without problems (take care to embed all required fonts, etc.). Due to problems with EDAS the deadline is extended to 12 Oct at midnight (New York time). If there are still difficulties with EDAS on tuesday, please send the submission by email to Ravi Mazumdar, Ioannis Stavrakakis, Holger Karl, or Eitan Altman.

For the camera ready copy, the paper format will (probably) be based on the IEEE transaction 10pt character size, single line spacing, two column text, and up to 10 pages long. (Again, the command would look like: \documentclass[10pt,final,conference,letterpaper,twocolumn,twoside]{IEEEtran})
