Submission Guidelines
Submitted version (extended abstract)
- The submitted version should be an extended abstract, formatted with the standard IEEE Transaction template, 11pt font, one column, one-and-a-half line spacing on letter paper. Length including all figures, tables, bibliography, and short abstract must not exceed 8 (eight) pages. The IEEE LaTeX template has appropriate settings to produce this layout.
- The submission for extended abstract will be handled via EDAS system (http://edas.info). Only PDF files are acceptable; please make sure that the paper prints without problems (take care to embed all required fonts, etc.).
Camera-ready version
- The camera-ready version of regular papers and invited papers, formatted with the standard IEEE Transaction template, 10pt font, two columns, one line spacing, are allowed up to 10 (ten) pages in the final version, including all figures, tables and references.
- The submission for camera-ready version will be handled via ICST ASSYST Proceedings system (http://assyst-online.org). Only PDF files are acceptable; please make sure that the paper prints without problems (take care to embed all required fonts, etc.).
- Adjunct workshops use the same uploading system as the WiOpt main conference uses.
- After login, choose the WiOpt conference or an appropriate adjunct workshop and upload the camera-ready version.
