Be in the room as early as possible, at least 15 minutes prior to start of the session. Contact the session chair and tell your name and title of the presentation so that he/she knows and acknowledges that you have arrived. Talk to the session chair in case he/she needs additional information. Ensure that you are able to load and display your presentation.
The time for each presentation is roughly 25 minutes (TOTAL), which includes 20 min for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and ansers. However, this may change slighlty, depending on the precise timing of your session. Please check the online program to see how long your session is! There might also be (regretable but unavoidable) reograniztaions of the sessions; please check the program again before the start of the conference. Also keep in mind that presenters are expected to attend the entire conference; session order might change! Our primary importance is to keep the program running on time. Please assist your session chair by keeping your presentation within time limits!
