To register for WiOpt 2009 at a special conference rate, participants must make their own reservations by filling the following form (MS excel file) and sending an email or fax to the hotel by 22nd, May, 2009. After this date, the hotel will not hold the room block and people will not be able to get a special rate for the conference.

• Luxury Single: KRW 192,500+ (Single Occupancy)
• The above rate is only subject to 10% Tax. (In case of paid by foreigner, tax must be exempted.)
• KRW 22,000+ will be applied for additional person.
